aFRR is live every minute (grey lines are each 15-minute period's mean). mFRR comes per 15-minute period, with the scheduled request already published when the period starts. Prices exist only after a period closes (about half an hour later), so a volume has no price beside it until then. Energinet's quarter-hour aFRR figures are energy (MWh); the live MWh is the 1-minute MW added up and is provisional. Positive is up-regulation (), negative down-regulation ().
