Outage notices that ENTSO-E's Transparency Platform carries for Denmark: plants of about 100 MW and above (its "unavailability of generation units" document) and interconnectors (its "unavailability of transmission infrastructure" document, the export direction). Each line is one interval of a notice: how much of the plant is still available, and for how long. Several notices can sit on one plant at once; they are not additive, the tightest one decides. A link's notice gives the capacity left, not its normal capacity: stretches of a notice at the level the link's other notices show as its unrestricted one (Viking 1,456 MW, Germany 3,500 MW) are left out.
